Information about the ODR platform for online dispute resolution

The European Commission developed a web-based platform – “The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)” – to help consumers and traders solve online disputes.
Using the online dispute resolution procedure is optional. However, as provided for in Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, please find the link to the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
