How long does delivery usually take?
Standard delivery times lie between 48 working hours within Italy and 3-4 working days all over Europe. For deliveries in Extra-European countries, expect dispatch to take place within 5-6 working days, except for delays that cannot be attributed to the company.
Do you continue shipping all year round?
Orders are dispatched on a daily basis, except for the period from June 15th to September 15th. During this period, shipping takes place only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid that products are not dispatched before the weekend.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
Most of the goods you can buy on the website are food products that could quickly deteriorate or perish, and therefore there is no such right of withdrawal. However, clients may point out problems by sending us an e-mail at info@bonajuto.it or contacting us via phone (+39) 0932-941225.
Can Chocolate resist higher temperatures?
Since our chocolate has no added fats, it features a better heat resistance. However, we recommend you not to leave it exposed to the sun and store it in a cool and dry place. There is no need to store it in the fridge.
Can your Chocolate be used in cooking?
Yes, the Bonajuto Chocolate can be used in the preparation of sweet and savoury, cold and hot dishes.
